Results of the Special Board Meeting
At the special meeting of the Board of Directors of Premiere Horizon Alliance Corp. (the “Company”) held today March 27, 2023, the Board accepted the resignations of the Corporate Secretary Atty. Maria Allen A. Arbis and the Assistant Corporate Secretary Atty. Kristine Ninotschka L. Evangelista effective March 31, 2023.
At the same meeting, the Board also appointed Atty. Jess Raymond M. Lopez as Corporate Secretary and Atty. Andrea E. Katipunan as Assistant Corporate Secretary effective March 31, 2023.
