Journey Through the Years
Today
Goshen Land has completed 18 buildings to date delivering one thousand seven hundred plus condominium units to its buyers. In addition, more than a thousand prime residential lots have also been sold. Goshen Land is now on its 19th condominium building, the Stanford Residences Project, a 218-unit development located in the business commercial district of Baguio and walking distance from the Saint Louis University main campus.
Incorporation in 2007
Incorporated in 2007, GLCI initially focused on residential subdivisions in prime locations, launching 18 master-planned projects in its first six years alone. A few years later, it became a major real estate player in Northern Luzon and was awarded Developer of the Year for five consecutive years by the Baguio Midland Courier.
