The Company announces that it has signed an Asset and Share Purchase Agreement with Leisure and Resorts World Corporation (“LRWC”) for the sale of 100% of the shares of Total Gamezone Xtreme Incorporated (TGXI), all TGXI owned and operated PAGCOR E-Games Stations (PEGS), as well as all other PEGS-related peripherals and equipment therein.
The total consideration for the transaction is Six Hundred Twenty Million Pesos (Php620,000,000.00).
