In a special meeting of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Premiere Horizon Alliance Corporation (“Corporation”) held on 22 August 2025, the Board resolved to call the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on 24 November 2025, 10:00 in the morning, to be conducted via videoconference.
