Result of the Special Board Meeting
In a meeting today, the Board of Directors shall reschedule the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting to another date which will be announced later and disclosed properly to the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and the Philippine Stock Exchange (“PSE”), including the moving of the record date.
A copy of this SEC Form 17-C shall be attached to Premiere Horizon Alliance Corporation’s submission of PSE Form 4-30 Disclosure (Material Information/Transactions).
